I've noticed with the CM-160, and both my S/W and the owl's own S/W. If the display is left unpluged from the PC, it will only log data every few Min's. If however the display is pluged into the PC's USB port and either S/W is conected, usage is logged up to 15 times a minute (depending on the speed of the PC, and what its doing at the time).
Installation
Simply run the setup.exe in the download, no need to remove old versions.
Select the Com port your OWL is connected to (use Windows Device manager to discover which port if your unsure.
Select 'All data' or 'One Minute Intervals'. 'All Data' records data up to every 6 seconds. 'One Minute Intervals' records the usage over a full minute
Click Conect to start downloading data from your OWL. It will take 5-10 Sec to start getting data
